Return & Refund Policy

At Rajwada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items, such as custom-made or altered products, are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team at rajwadahelp@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items if the desired replacement is in stock.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately with photos of the product at rajwadahelp@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
